We are long standing Timber Floor installers who take pride in their professionalism and therefore like to display and explain the choices of product now available. In this way our clients move forward through being properly informed and finally choose their floor with confidence in the product and ourselves.

Choices
Now days householders have a wide range of flooring methods to choose from, using both natural timbers, prefinished and floating floors. In each of these there may be 10-20 different timber colours. Then there are the different types of finishes to be considered so there is much to be understood and we like to assist in the overall process of product and system awareness as it leads to satisfied customers.

Simplify
As early in the picture as possible we like to see our client reach a position of “clarity of mind” about the type and style of floor they want in their house. These days that is not easy for there is much confusion out there. Display centres are useful to expose yourself to products but can be inclined to add to one's uncertainty. We regularly find ourselves simplifying the choices, which is usually best done by discussing the issue with the reality of the timbers before them.

Budgets and Styles
Often what we want and what we have a budget for are quite different, so it's a good idea to get an early indication of what price range applies to different flooring methods. Sometimes a telephone call is all you need to do in this respect. For us to assist you further it helps if you can bring, or fax in, a copy of your plans so that we can measure up the areas and quote off your plans.

In new houses the early selection of timber species is very important because a wood floor is such a strong feature in any house that decisions on other fittings are best made knowing the type of timber you have chosen for your floor.
